Come to the EG COVID-19 vaccine pop-up clinic on
Thursday, November 4, 2021

Royal Canadian Legion Branch 382 Mount Albert,
31 Princess Street, East Gwillimbury
11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

This clinic will offer both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and will be open to walk-ins for first and second doses. 

  • Anyone 12 years of age and older is eligible to book an appointment to receive a vaccine. 
  • The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is only available for individuals aged 18 years and older.

Calling all EG youth to design the Town’s 2021 holiday card!

Calling all EG youth ages 5-7 and 8-12 to design the Town’s 2021 holiday card!

The deadline for submission is Monday, November 15 at 4:30 p.m.

 

One design will be selected for each age group. The selected artists will each receive a $100 local business gift card!

To participate: 

  • Design a one-page holiday card that depicts a holiday scene or event

EG's 2022 Business Plan and Budget kicked off on October 19 during Council with a preliminary overview presentation of the proposed budget.

The annual Business Plan and Budget process is a key part of the Town's Strategic Plan and helps to identify key priorities and funding for the upcoming year. The Town’s budget is made up for four components: the Tax Supported Budget, Development and Fee Supported Budget, Water and Wastewater Budget and Capital Program budget.

October 28 - Pop-up Vaccination Clinic in EG

York Region is hosting a walk-in Pop-up COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Thursday, October 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Holland Landing Community Centre (19513 Yonge Street, East Gwillimbury). 

The clinic is offering first and second doses of Moderna (for individuals 25 years old and up) and Pfizer (for individuals 12 years old and up).
